Starter Drives
This starter drive acts as power coupling component for starter assemblies. It transfers cranking torque during ignition and cuts off reverse power flow after engine startup to prevent the starter from being damaged by flywheel back‑drive.

- Feature: Forged gear with hardened teeth, even load distribution, great resistance against tooth chipping and premature wear under heavy torque impact.
- Application: Automotive starter motors
It slides axially on starter spline shaft to engage flywheel ring gear. Internal roller‑type one‑way mechanism locks to transmit full torque for cranking. Once engine outruns starter speed, the unit unlocks and free‑wheels to block reverse torque.
