Starter Drives
This starter drive gear (overrunning clutch) is a core transmission component for starter motors. It transmits torque during cranking and automatically disengages after engine ignition to protect the starter from reverse impact damage, ideal for aftermarket replacement of various starter motors.<br />
- Internal Model No: T173
- Material: 20CrMnTi
- Feature: Forged alloy gear with strengthened tooth root, strong impact resistance and anti-tooth-fracture performance
- Application: Delco PG260d,PG260l,series PMGR Starters
The overrunning clutch is one of the most vulnerable parts of a starter motor. After long service, gear wear and internal roller slippage often occur, resulting in idle spinning, gear clashing and failure to crank the engine. This starter drive adopts forged gear and stable one-way locking structure.
